Mihyar is a luxury menswear brand specializing in traditional Arabic clothing. This Shopify Plus build pairs clear lines and minimalism with a lightweight, performance-first codebase, giving the brand a storefront as considered as the garments it sells.

Keeping the Shopify Plus build on schedule
As Project Manager on the Creative971 Shopify team, I coordinated between design, development and QA to keep the Mihyar build moving on schedule, translating brand requirements into a clear delivery plan and flagging risks early.

The UI/UX was designed for quality and timelessness rather than trend, matching the enduring character of the brand's traditional clothing. Underneath, the Shopify Plus codebase stayed lightweight, optimized specifically for speed and performance.

Multi-buy discounts and precise sizing
Regional customer behaviour made mobile-first design a priority from day one. Product pages were built around multi-buy discounts and clear size measurement guidance, with a simplified navigation that kept the purchase path short.
Result
A refined storefront ready for GCC shoppers
Mihyar launched as a fast, minimal Shopify Plus store that reflects the brand's traditional Arabic menswear heritage while giving GCC shoppers a smooth, mobile-ready path from browsing to checkout.
