A bit about me
I've spent the last 7 years in e-commerce — starting in customer service, moving into operations, and now managing projects. What I've learned: the best PMs understand all sides of the business. I've worked at Namshi, OUNASS, and The Giving Movement before joining Creative971. Those roles taught me how to see problems clearly and bring teams together to solve them.
Current Work
I currently work at Creative971, the GCC's first and only Shopify Premium Partner. I manage 24 Shopify client accounts across 6 countries — handling store builds, migrations, and support retainers. My focus: end-to-end delivery and team coordination. I make sure complex launches land cleanly.
Previous Work
I've worked in customer service at Namshi and 6thStreet, handled escalations at OUNASS, and led operations at The Giving Movement. I built dashboards, managed delivery performance, and solved customer problems. The through-line: learning how e-commerce actually works — from the customer's frustration to the operational back-end. I bring that perspective to every project.
